So I whipped up one more mango smoothie with spinach as well as tons of toppings. I like to eat it in a bowl so I make them additional thick so I utilize a great deal of ice as well as blend twice.

ManGo eco-friendly Smoothie bowl Recipe:

Ingredientes:

1 – 6oz genuine California milk vanilla yogurt

1 cup frozen mango

handful of spinach

1 TB. chia seeds

(ice or sprinkle of milk to get preferred consistency)

Instruções:

integrate all ingredients. blend thoroughly – adding a sprinkle of water if it’s as well thick.

Serve topped with granola, cacao nibs, chia seeds, nuts, etc…
